As an Interactive Designer on the team, I contributed to connected visual and voice experiences that helped power-generation teams move from equipment monitoring to technical answers without searching across disconnected systems.

I helped redirect a legacy software replacement into a redesign of the inventory workflow itself, reducing processing time from approximately six minutes to one.

Every project begins with understanding the people, workflows, and operational constraints behind the work.
I begin by understanding how work actually happens: the people involved, the workflows they follow, the information they need, and the constraints shaping their decisions. Through observation, research, and stakeholder conversations, I identify friction points, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
I translate findings into clearer workflows, business requirements, information structures, and practical solutions developed alongside product, engineering, and business teams. Solutions are designed around how people work, not simply how software has evolved over time.
Enterprise solutions require more than ideas. I collaborate across teams to document decisions, align requirements, balance technical constraints, support delivery, and help ensure solutions work in practice.
Understanding the work comes before designing the software.
The reason I’m drawn to enterprise software has never really been the software itself. It’s the people who rely on it every day to do their jobs.
Across manufacturing, energy, industrial technology, and operational environments, I’ve seen the same pattern. As organizations grow, the systems and processes people depend on can slowly drift away from how the work actually gets done.
Information gets fragmented, workarounds become normal, and people end up spending more time fighting the system than doing the work the system was supposed to support.
That’s where I come in, and where I get to do the work I enjoy most: understanding how people actually work, finding where systems and processes are creating friction, and figuring out practical ways to make them better.
My experience spans enterprise product design, business systems, workflow analysis, automation, and process improvement. I work at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, translating messy operational problems into systems and workflows that make more sense.
Because when the software actually reflects the work, people can focus on solving problems instead of constantly working around the tools they were given.
